Shipping
Every bag is made and packed by Linda in her home workshop in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Orders usually ship within 48 hours, weekends and holidays excepted; when demand is high it can take a little longer, and custom orders take longer.

Domestic (US)
A $4.95 shipping fee is added at checkout. Orders ship via UPS or USPS and usually arrive within 3 to 10 days of shipping. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are outside my control, but I am always happy to help track a package.
International
I ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, the United Kingdom, and South America. International shipping charges are calculated and paid at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival; these are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping charge. Delivery times vary by destination and customs, and are outside my control once the parcel leaves my hands.
Custom orders
Bags on the website are already made and ready to go. Custom orders are made just for you, so they take longer to ship; timing depends on the piece.
Packaging
To reduce waste, your order may arrive in a reused shipping box. The bag inside is always brand new, checked and packed with care.
